Day 1 — Arrival in County Clare
On arrival in County Clare, you’ll head straight to a peaceful local retreat centre where you can gently decompress after your journey. Here, you’ll be guided through a restorative yoga session to stretch out and settle, followed by a delicious two-course lunch. Afterwards, a calming breathwork practice helps you fully arrive — body and mind. Later in the afternoon, you’ll transfer to your hand-picked accommodation, check in, and enjoy a relaxed evening together over a nourishing dinner, setting the tone for the week ahead.
Day 2 — Local Landscapes & Wildflower Perfume
Begin the day with morning yoga and a hearty breakfast. With a local guide, discover the beauty of the surrounding landscape, learning its stories and hidden corners. In the afternoon, get hands-on in a local pottery studio, shaping and creating a piece that will become a lasting keepsake of your time here. The evening is yours to enjoy at your own pace — perhaps with a beach walk at sunset or simply unwinding back at your accommodation.
Day 3 — Cliffs, Beaches & the Wild Atlantic Way
After yoga and breakfast, set out for a dramatic cliff walk and a quiet beach visit. Enjoy lunch in a charming village as we travel along the Wild Atlantic Way to our next destination: Killarney — the perfect base for the adventures to come. Group dinner this evening.
Day 4 — Monastic Islands & National Parks
Start with morning yoga and a nourishing breakfast, then board a boat to an ancient monastic site, a perfect place for a guided meditation. Spend the afternoon exploring the lakes of Killarney and walking through the breathtaking national park with a local guide.
Day 5 — Dingle, Seaweed & Saunas
Morning yoga followed by breakfast sets us up for a day in the colourful town of Dingle. Explore wild Atlantic beaches, join a seaweed foraging session, and warm up in seaside saunas. In the evening, enjoy live traditional music in a local pub.
Day 6 — Slowing Down
Today we sink into stillness at a local retreat centre. Learn how to make traditional Irish bread, enjoy yoga sessions created just for our group, and take time to reflect as we prepare for our journey home. In the evening, we gather for a final group dinner.
Day 7 — Farewell
After breakfast, we say our goodbyes — leaving with new friends, warm memories, and a little more Ireland in our hearts.
