For each guest, we donate €10 to the Gaelic Woodlands Project — a not-for-profit initiative dedicated to restoring Ireland’s native woodlands. Through tree planting and long-term stewardship, the project helps rebuild habitats, support biodiversity, and protect these landscapes for the future
