1. The Ring of Kerry — A Journey in Slow Motion
We begin with a gentle morning yoga session to awaken the body and quiet the mind before setting off along the iconic Ring of Kerry. This is the famous route — but done differently. Instead of rushing from stop to stop, we move slowly, pausing at hidden viewpoints and quiet corners where you can truly take in the landscape.
Midway through the day, we enjoy a nourishing lunch made with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. In the afternoon, join a hands-on foraging workshop with an expert guide, discovering wild herbs, plants, and their stories.
What’s included: yoga class, all excursions, foraging workshop, nourishing lunch, transport, and guide.
2. Slea Head — Sea, Craft, and Culture
The day begins with morning yoga, followed by the invigorating combination of a sauna session and a refreshing sea dip along the Dingle Peninsula. After warming up, we continue towards Slea Head, one of Ireland’s most breathtaking coastal drives.
Choose between a hands-on pottery class or a traditional breadmaking workshop, both hosted by local artisans. The afternoon is yours to wander the colourful streets of Dingle town — browse its independent shops, enjoy a coffee by the harbour, or simply take in the lively atmosphere.
